These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BreakersOverlays website and services. By purchasing from us you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
BreakersOverlays provides custom OBS overlay packages for Whatnot box break streamers. Each package includes a live spot tracker overlay, OBS scene files, an animated social carousel, and a facecam HUD overlay, all custom built to your brand specifications.
Orders are placed via our Stripe payment link. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP). We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
Your order is confirmed when you receive our automated confirmation email. We will begin work on your overlays once you have provided your customisation details.
We aim to deliver your completed overlays within 24 hours of receiving your customisation details. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand. We will notify you if there is any delay.
Your overlays will be delivered via email as downloadable files ready to import into OBS.
To receive your overlays you must provide:
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, logos, or branding you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your overlays. If the delivered overlays do not match your agreed specifications, contact us at ethan@breakersoverlays.com and we will revise them at no additional cost. Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once work has begun on your order. If you have not yet provided your customisation details, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting ethan@breakersoverlays.com.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your custom overlays for your personal streaming activities. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the overlay files to any third party.
BreakersOverlays retains the right to display your overlays in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, BreakersOverlays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
